London Get Away

St. Pancras Station

This is where the Eurotunnel drops you off.
First stop Paris, 2 hours and 15 minutes later you are in the middle of London.

"From Russia" Exhibit at the Royal Academy

Incredible exhibit of the works that two Russian art collectors that basically hoarded into their Moscow mansions at the beginning of the 20th century. Matisses, Manets, Picassos, Cezannes and Gaugins...and towards the end of the exhibit are the Russian artists who then mimicked the cubanist and impressionist styles. The two Russian collectors had such a strong sense for grand art because they acquired many of these works, before they were coveted in Paris.

Flat Numero 4

I have lived in 4 places in the past four months in Paris, and the fourth is permanent for the next year. Biggest commitment of my life so far, and very excited for this new step.

January I was living in a 200+ meter squared, seventies deco, beautiful wooden floor boards that were popping out, apt.

February I was sharing a 32 meter squared apt with Amanda up in Montmartre, basically the basement of Sacre Coeur.

March I have been living in China Town in a chef friend's, modern, post college decorated apt.

and this is my new flat beginning April 1st!

22 meters square
6th floor, no elevator
